At ChessCraftman, we take pride in the craftsmanship and quality of every chess set we ship. If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.

📅 Returns Eligibility

We accept returns within 7 days of delivery if:

• The product is damaged, defective, or not as described

• The item is unused, in its original packaging, and in resalable condition

📦 How to Request a Return

To initiate a return, please contact us at:

Include:

• Order number

• Photos of the item (if damaged or defective)

• Reason for return

We will respond within 24–48 hours with instructions.

💸 Refunds

Once we receive and inspect the returned item:

• Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days

• Refunds will be made to your original payment method

Shipping fees (if applicable) are non-refundable unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

🚫 Non-Returnable Items

• Custom or personalized orders

• Items used, damaged by the customer, or not in original condition

• Returns requested after the 7-day window

🔁 Replacements

If your item arrives damaged or defective, we’ll gladly send a replacement at no extra cost. Just contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photo proof.

• Buyer is responsible for return shipping unless the return is due to our error

• Please don’t send items back without prior approval
