Our warranty covers the following, for a period of 6 months from the date of delivery:

  • Manufacturing defects in chess pieces or boards

  • Cracks or breaks due to material flaws

  • Uneven base or weighting issues

  • Major finishing defects (paint, polish, carving)


❌ What's Not Covered

The following issues are not covered under warranty:

  • Damage caused by misuse, drops, or impact

  • Water damage, exposure to extreme heat or humidity

  • Natural wear and tear or aging of wood

  • Minor differences due to handmade craftsmanship

  • Unauthorized repairs or modifications


📩 How to Make a Warranty Claim

  • Order number

  • Clear photos of the issue

  • A brief description of the problem

Our support team will respond within 2 business days.


🔄 Resolution Options

If your claim is approved, we will:

  • Replace the affected product or part

  • Offer store credit or a partial refund, depending on the case

  • Cover return or replacement shipping costs (in approved cases)


📝 Important Notes

  • Warranty is valid only for the original purchaser

  • Proof of purchase is required

  • Claims must be made within the warranty period
